CORONAVIRUS UPDATE


South Beach Group Hotels Update as of March 26, 2020: CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

The City of Miami Beach has imposed a mandate to close all hotels through April 22, 2020. If you were booked to stay at any of our hotels between March 22, 2020 and April 22, 2020, please cancel your reservation for a full refund.

If you booked directly, we have proactively cancelled your reservation. Should you have any further questions, we ask that you email us at bookings@southbeachgroup.com.

If you booked through an online travel agency or third party such as Expedia, Booking.com, Orbitz, Hotwire, etc, you MUST cancel your reservation with them directly. Should you have any questions, please contact them for further assistance. We cannot discuss your reservation details.


South Beach Group Hotels Update as of March 12, 2020: CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Let’s all take a deep breath (at least 3 feet away from your neighbor) and relax, knowing that the proper safety precautions are being taken for the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff. South Beach Group Hotels will continue to closely monitor the CDC and WHO communications regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and follow the guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

SAFETY MEASURES

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Here are a few precautions we are taking in our guest rooms and common areas

  • Removal of all duvet and comforters, standard sheets on the beds only
  • We encourage guest to BYOB (Bring Your Own Blanket)
  • Double encasement for all pillows
  • Hourly cleaning of all entrances, counters at front desk, room keys, door handles, handrails, elevator landings, etc.

Booked with Us?

Existing Reservations
All reservations – even those described as non-refundable – that are scheduled for arrival before April 30, 2020 can be cancelled at no charge by 12:00 PM EST, the day before your arrival. For example: For arrival, Friday, March 13, 2020, you must cancel by 12:00 PM EST, Thursday March 12, 2020.

New Reservations
Any reservation you make – even those described as non-refundable – that is booked with travel between today and April 30, 2020 can be cancelled at no charge by 12:00 PM EST, the day before your arrival.

Booked with Them?

Existing Reservations
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance as we CANNOT and WILL NOT discuss your reservation details.
However, they are waiving individual cancellation fees for hotel stays through April 30, 2020 for guests traveling to or from the following locations:

Our Phones are busy we understand it's frustrating to wait, but if you are not checking-in within the next 72 hours, please wait until closer to your arrival date to call back.


Reservations Through Partners

If you did not book directly with us please contact your booking source as we will not be able to assist you with your reservation.

  • Asia Pacific: Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, French Polynesia, Maldives, India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal Bangladesh, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, New Caledonia, Samoa
  • Europe: UK and Ireland are not added to the exception list as of March 14th, 2020
